Docordo was pleased to support the Somerset CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) by exhibiting at their Annual Conference in Bridgwater at the end of January.

The stand, manned by Fin Murphy, Docordo Consultant and Tim Oldfield, Managing Director showed live demonstrations of the award winning, cloud based document management software.

Many business processes in a typical HR environment are document based such as new employee induction, disciplinary procedures, employee development and benefits. Docordo is a cost effective and easy way to build bespoke routines to manage this workflow and the associated documentation, creating processes that are compliant, consistent and auditable.

Tim Oldfield, Managing Director of Docordo said. “It was a great opportunity to meet some of the key HR managers in the area and demonstrate the flexibility of Docordo and the workflow engine. We developed a Candidate Vetting System to show how our product could help HR managers improve productivity and accuracy within their departments.”
